Job Title: Call Center Representative - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, complaints, and requests. This job is open to all nationalities, and no English proficiency is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when dealing with customers
- Upsell products and services to customers when applicable
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time with accommodation provided by the company
