We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position is open to all nationalities, however, preference will be given to Africans and Malayalees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to work without accommodation.
