Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings for our Indian clients. Your main goal will be to bring your clients' dream weddings to life while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors including venues, caterers, florists, and photographers
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for all wedding events
- Manage client communication and provide regular updates on progress and budget
- Coordinate all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and guest seating arrangements
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of wedding events
- Ensure all legal requirements are met for the marriage ceremony
- Handle any last minute changes or issues that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role (experience with Indian weddings is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different cultures and traditions related to weddings is an asset
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
