Petroleum Engineer - Drilling and Production Specialist (Egyptian)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a key member of our drilling and production operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe extraction of oil and gas resources from our fields.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee drilling operations, including well design, equipment selection, and drilling fluid management
- Monitor well performance and make recommendations for optimization
- Conduct reservoir analysis to determine production potential and develop strategies to maximize recovery
- Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in drilling and production operations
- Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with reservoir engineering concepts such as pressure behavior analysis, decline curve analysis, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Egyptian nationality preferred, but not required.
