Job Title: Entry-Level Industrial Engineer - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar (Open to All Nationalities)



We are currently seeking an entry-level Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require any previous experience or English proficiency.

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving our production processes, systems, and procedures. You will use your analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement solutions
- Monitor production processes to ensure they are operating according to design specifications
- Train production workers on new processes or procedures as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English (preferred) or willingness to learn
