Job Title: Housekeeping Manager - English Speaking (Pakistani)

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager who is fluent in English and of Pakistani nationality to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are kept clean and well-maintained
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards are being met and address any issues promptly
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints related to housekeeping services
- Maintain records of room occupancy, maintenance requests, and lost or found items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and products
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
