Hotel Manager (Malayalee)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Malayalee, you will have a strong understanding of the culture and preferences of our clientele and will help us provide exceptional service to our guests.

As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth. Your duties will include creating and implementing policies and procedures, monitoring budgets and expenses, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, and handling guest complaints or concerns.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Fluency in Malayalam is required to effectively communicate with our predominantly Malayalee guests. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role as you will be responsible for managing a diverse team of employees.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with guests from various backgrounds on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
