We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all hotel equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all hotel systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with hotel equipment or facilities.
- Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
- Respond promptly to any guest requests or concerns related to maintenance issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a hotel setting.
- Solid understanding of building systems and equipment.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair various types of equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
