Front Desk Receptionist for English Speaking Professionals in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to emails and messages in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure that all visitors follow proper security procedures upon entering the office
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
