Entry-Level Concierge in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Concierge in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and surrounding areas
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants, events, or transportation services
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on any complaints or concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically fit to handle luggage and stand for long periods of time
