Business Coach - English Speaking (Malayalee), Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Coach with fluency in English and proficiency in Malayalam to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to business owners and entrepreneurs in developing successful strategies and achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to identify their business goals and challenges
- Develop customized action plans to address specific business needs
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients in achieving their goals
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on various business topics
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients for strategic decision making
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in Malayalam is preferred
- Proven experience as a Business Coach or similar role
- Strong understanding of business principles and strategies
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid visa sponsorship for working in Qatar
