Oenologist (English-Speaking) in Khawr Fakkan, UAE


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oenologist to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. As an English-speaking oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wine production, from grape selection and fermentation to bottling and quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting sensory evaluations of wines and analyzing results
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of grapes during harvest
- Managing fermentation processes and adjusting as needed
- Collaborating with winemakers to create blends that meet desired profiles
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Maintaining accurate records of production processes and results
- Developing new wine products and improving existing ones
- Providing guidance on proper storage, aging, and serving of wines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Oenology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Oenologist in a winery or vineyard setting
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of wine chemistry, microbiology, and sensory analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to relocate to Khawr Fakkan, UAE with accommodation provided
