Merchandiser vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

Merchandiser
We are currently seeking an experienced Merchandiser for a fast-paced retail environment in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English and have previous merchandising experience.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the buying team to develop and implement merchandising strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Create visually appealing product displays that drive sales and reflect the brand image
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and product quality
- Train and supervise store staff on visual merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
