Office Assistant (Entry Level)
We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as an Office Assistant in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments. This is an entry-level position that welcomes both Pakistani and Egyptian candidates who are fluent in English and have little or no previous work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate colleagues
- Greet visitors and direct them to the designated meeting areas
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments
Requirements:
- Nationality preference for Pakistani or Egyptian candidates
- Fluency in English is a must
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
