Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for an Indian national with excellent communication skills in English and a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
- Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and best practices
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
