Online Consultant - Remote Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an Online Consultant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a remote customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, assisting clients with their inquiries and concerns through various online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a strong internet connection at home
Location:
This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in Ras-al-Khaimah or the UAE.
Nationality:
Indian nationals are preferred for this position.
