- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak seasons
- Collaborate with other departments to identify staffing needs and make necessary arrangements

- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise among seasonal workers in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience in coordinating seasonal work or similar role preferred but not required
