Contract Farmer in Jabal-Ali, UAE


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Farmer to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong work ethic, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the farm, including planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops
- Monitor crop health and make recommendations for irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and other necessary measures
- Maintain accurate records of planting schedules, inventory, and sales
- Collaborate with farm managers to develop strategies for improving crop yield and profitability
- Supervise farm workers and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in farming techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working on a farm
- Knowledge of farming techniques such as irrigation systems, fertilization methods, and pest control
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Fluency in English
