Junior Agronomist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Agronomist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Junior Agronomist, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, monitoring, and management of agricultural production processes. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of crop plans and strategies
- Monitor crop growth and health, identifying any issues and implementing solutions
- Conduct soil analysis and make recommendations for fertilization and irrigation
- Work closely with farmers to provide technical support and advice on crop management
- Collect data on crop yields, quality, and production costs for analysis
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in agriculture technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Prior experience in agriculture preferred but not required
- Knowledge of crop production techniques, soil science, and irrigation systems
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with farmers from various backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Malayali nationality preferred but not required
