As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to customers with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure tables are clean and set properly before seating new guests
- Assist with preparing dining areas for service
- Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Provide suggestions and recommendations based on customer preferences
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient service
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including daily specials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
