Job Title: Radio Station Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of the Radio Station in El-Fujairah, UAE. As the Radio Station Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the station's operations and ensuring its success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the station, in line with company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of radio hosts, producers, and support staff
- Oversee programming schedule and ensure high-quality content is delivered to listeners
- Monitor ratings and audience feedback to make necessary adjustments to programming
- Collaborate with advertising and sales teams to generate revenue through sponsorships and advertisements
- Maintain relationships with artists, record labels, and other industry professionals to secure exclusive content for the station
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and guidelines set by regulatory bodies

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have a strong understanding of Indian culture and music
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Previous experience in radio management or a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and make quick decisions
- Familiarity with radio broadcasting software is a plus
- Must be willing to relocate to El-Fujairah and able to obtain a work visa
