Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Marketing Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a strong understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to create compelling and effective content across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to support overall business goals
- Create engaging and informative content for various channels including website, social media, email campaigns, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging across all platforms
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audience and trends
- Monitor and track performance of content through analytics tools
- Continuously optimize content based on data insights
- Manage a team of writers, editors, and designers to produce high-quality content
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the content marketing field
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of developing successful content marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing software
