Boat Helmsman - Indian Nationality - El-Fujairah, UAE


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boat Helmsman to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Boat Helmsman, you will be responsible for safely navigating our boat and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national
- Experience as a Boat Helmsman
- Valid biometric passport
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (basic understanding of Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Operate and steer the boat in a safe and responsible manner
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while on the water
- Ensure the safety of passengers at all times
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust course accordingly
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the boat
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, including assisting with boarding and disembarking procedures

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Boat Helmsman or similar role
- Valid biometric passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- Good knowledge of navigation techniques and safety procedures
- Basic understanding of engine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
