Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in the city of El-Ain, UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop project schedules and timelines, monitor progress, and anticipate any potential delays or issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor project budget and expenses and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
- Participate in the selection process for contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
