Support Manager (UAE)
We are seeking an experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the support services for our company. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient and effective support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the support services for our company
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and efficient support for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Train and supervise support staff
- Monitor performance of support staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Create reports on support activities and present them to upper management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise staff
