Sales Associate - Retail (Female Candidates Preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at our retail store in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Meet sales targets set by management

Requirements:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE
