English Speaking Chat Operator for Students in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic English speaking chat operator to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a chat operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to students through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with students from various backgrounds and nationalities through online chat platforms.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to students' inquiries regarding our services.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with students.
- Ensure all communication is professional and in line with company standards.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of customer service.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Egyptian nationality preferred.
- Must have a biometric passport for travel purposes.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is a plus.
