Job Title: Support Manager
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As the Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients. This is a full-time position, open to all nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance reviews
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues
- Prepare reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and other relevant metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Own visa is preferred but not mandatory
