Call Center Operator (English Speaking) - Ajman, UAE
Our company is seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Call Center Operators in Ajman, UAE. As a Call Center Operator, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism on all calls and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle complaints or issues with patience and empathy, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary
- Make outbound calls to potential clients for sales and marketing purposes
- Update customer database with relevant information obtained during calls
- Meet daily call quotas and targets set by the company
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends
