Chemical Engineer - Process Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Process Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing chemical processes to support our production goals. This position requires an individual with strong technical knowledge and experience in the chemical engineering field.

Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new processes and improve existing ones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot issues related to process operations and provide technical support
- Monitor process performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Train and mentor junior engineers on process development techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process development within the chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of chemical reactions, thermodynamics, and material properties
- Proficient in using simulation software such as Aspen Plus or HYSYS
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi is preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with visa sponsorship
