Call Center Representative
We are currently seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. The main responsibility of this role is to handle incoming calls from customers, provide them with information and assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Update customer records with relevant information
- Meet performance targets such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Keep track of call logs and report any issues or trends to the supervisor
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
This position is open for both Pakistani and Egyptian nationals who are currently residing in Medina or are willing to relocate. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided.
