Attorney for Women's Rights in Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join our team and advocate for women's rights in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Attorney for Women's Rights, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to women in various legal matters. This position does not require fluency in English, however proficiency in Arabic is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to women in matters related to marriage, divorce, child custody, inheritance and other areas of family law.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare written briefs and arguments.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients in front of judges.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop strategies for protecting women's rights.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to women's rights in Medina and across Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
- Admitted to practice law in Saudi Arabia with a valid license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on family law.
- Knowledge of Sharia law related to women's rights is preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
