We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position is specifically tailored for Malayalees who are looking to enter the wedding planning industry without any prior experience or English language proficiency. This job is suitable for men who have a passion for event planning and are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and provide guidance on budget, venue, vendors, and other important details
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the wedding including decorations, catering, entertainment, transportation, etc.
- Manage vendor contracts and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients
- Keep track of wedding timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- Be present on the day of the wedding to oversee all arrangements and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Build strong relationships with vendors and maintain a network of reliable contacts for future events

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Residing in Jeddah or willing to relocate
- Passion for event planning and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple weddings simultaneously
- Familiarity with biometric passport procedures is a bonus
