Online Consultant for Indian Nationals in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to our Indian clients.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Indian clients through online platforms and provide them with expert guidance on their queries or concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in policies to effectively support clients.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the quality of service provided to clients.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia.
- Prior experience as an online consultant or similar role is required.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Own visa and accommodation is preferred but not required.
