We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team of English-speaking Malayalees in Umm-Said, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing top-notch support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with document preparation and data entry tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, along with knowledge of Malayalam preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
