Job Title: Administrative Assistant for Malayalees
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a native speaker of Malayalam and have excellent English communication skills. This role will be based in Lusail, Qatar and is open to all Malayalees who meet the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and organizing meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate with other departments within the company as needed
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
Requirements:
- Must be a fluent speaker of Malayalam with strong English communication skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in an international environment or with multicultural teams
