Wedding Planner for International Destination Weddings in Doha, Qatar


We are seeking a talented and passionate Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing international destination weddings for clients from various nationalities, including Malayalees and Egyptians.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day
- Research and recommend suitable venues, vendors, and services based on client's budget and requirements
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage all logistical aspects of the wedding
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all arrangements are in place, including catering, décor, entertainment, etc.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes
- Manage the budget for each event and keep track of expenses
- Provide on-site coordination during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Follow up with clients after the event to gather feedback and maintain relationships

Requirements:
- Previous experience in wedding planning is not required but preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam or Arabic would be an advantage.
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required.
