Job Title: UI Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled UI Designer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for various digital platforms. This position is open to candidates of all levels and does not require prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design user interfaces that meet client needs
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research to gather insights and incorporate feedback into designs
- Create and maintain design guidelines for consistency across all digital platforms
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for UI design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing user interfaces for web or mobile applications
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design work
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts
- Understanding of UX principles and processes
