Retail Sales Associate - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian/Egyptian Nationality Preferred)

We are seeking skilled and experienced Retail Sales Associates to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. This position is open to Indian and Egyptian nationals and does not require fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales (preferably in the fashion or luxury industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Must have valid residency permit/employment visa for Qatar (visa sponsorship provided)
- Preference given to female candidates
