Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff according to occupancy levels
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests or complaints are addressed promptly
- Handle any disciplinary issues or performance concerns with housekeeping staff as needed
- Create and maintain a budget for the housekeeping department

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel setting preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in Qatar
