Business Coach for English Speaking Indians in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to work with our English speaking clients in Al-Khor, Qatar. This full-time position comes with accommodation and is suitable for men who are passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals towards achieving their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with Indian professionals to help them develop their business skills and strategies.
- Create personalized action plans for each client based on their specific needs and goals.
- Provide guidance and support in areas such as leadership, communication, time management, and team building.
- Help clients overcome challenges and obstacles in their businesses through effective problem-solving techniques.
- Monitor progress and track results to ensure clients are achieving their desired outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a business coach or consultant, preferably working with Indian professionals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of business principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Ability to adapt coaching style to different personalities and learning styles.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in coaching or mentoring from a recognized institution.
- Experience living or working in India or with Indian businesses.
