Animation Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Animation Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animation and design, as well as a keen eye for detail. As an Animation Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging animations for various projects. This is a full-time position and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop concepts and storyboards for animations
- Create high-quality, 2D or 3D animations using various software tools
- Ensure that all animations are delivered on time and meet the project's specifications
- Work with the team to continuously improve animation techniques and processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animation or related field
- Proven experience as an Animation Designer or similar role
- Proficient in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, or Blender
- Strong understanding of animation principles and storytelling techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with character design and rigging
- Knowledge of 3D modeling techniques
- Ability to create both hand-drawn and digital animations
- Passion for gaming or other forms of digital media
