Job Title: Merchandiser for International Retail Company in Sharjah, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our international retail company in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation and product layout in our stores, ensuring that all merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create appealing product displays that attract customers and showcase our merchandise
- Ensure that all products are priced accurately and have proper signage
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding any stock shortages or overstock situations
- Collaborate with buyers to make purchasing decisions based on sales trends, customer feedback, and market demand
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and best practices
- Keep track of sales data and provide reports to management on a regular basis
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and make necessary adjustments to optimize sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, including color schemes, lighting, signage, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for UAE (preferred)
- Fluency in English (required)
- Availability for full-time work without accommodation
