Merchandising Coordinator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed effectively to attract customers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for product placement and promotions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products.
- Create visual displays that are attractive and eye-catching to customers.
- Plan and execute store layouts, including window displays, promotional areas, and product placement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that align with product launches or promotions.
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail sales.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software systems.
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior.
Preferred:
-Pakistani or African nationality preferred.
-Freshers with relevant education or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
-Must be fluent in English language.
