Biometric Passport Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Biometric Passport Specialist to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a specialist in biometric technology, you will be responsible for capturing and verifying biometric information for the issuance of passports. This role requires fluency in English, as well as experience working with African and Egyptian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct biometric screenings for passport applicants, including taking fingerprints and facial scans
- Verify and authenticate biometric data to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud
- Process and issue biometric passports according to established procedures and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of all biometric data collected
- Provide excellent customer service to applicants, answering any questions or concerns they may have
- Stay up-to-date on the latest biometric technology advancements and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in biometrics preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with biometric technology, preferably in a passport office or government agency setting
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately capture and verify data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
