Moderator for Indian Community in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE


We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Moderator to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE and oversee our Indian community. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining the online community platform and ensuring it is a safe and welcoming space for all members. This role is suitable for an individual who is fluent in Malayalam and familiar with Indian culture.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the online community platform and moderate user-generated content
- Enforce community guidelines and handle any violations or conflicts that may arise
- Engage with community members and respond to their inquiries or concerns
- Create engaging discussions and topics to encourage participation within the community
- Provide support to new members and guide them on how to navigate the platform
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all members

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or fluent in Malayalam
- Familiarity with Indian culture, traditions, and current events
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle sensitive topics and conflicts in a professional manner
- Experience moderating online communities is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full time with own visa or residency permit in UAE
- Accommodation will be provided by the company if needed
