Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the supply chain process, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate import/export shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient storage and distribution of goods
- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any shipping or delivery issues
- Create and maintain shipping documents and records
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and requirements
- Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and other logistics partners
- Continuously identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of import/export regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
