Logistics Coordinator


We are seeking an experienced and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This position is suitable for men and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Prepare and analyze reports on logistics activities, including costs, productivity, and efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Train and supervise junior logistics staff.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with logistics software (e.g. SAP) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
