African Collector (English-Speaking)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an African Collector. As a collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner. This is a contract job based in Jabal-Ali, UAE.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to collect outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Negotiate payment plans with customers who are unable to pay in full
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions to resolve outstanding balances
- Provide excellent customer service while collecting payments

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be eligible to work in UAE without accommodation provided
- Free visa and ticket will be provided
