We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our radio station in El-Fujairah, UAE. As the Head of Radio Station, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the station's operations and ensuring its success as a top-rated station in the region. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the station's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of radio presenters, producers, and support staff
- Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
- Oversee programming schedule and ensure smooth on-air transitions
- Monitor and analyze audience feedback to make improvements to programming
- Collaborate with advertising sales team to generate revenue for the station
- Maintain relationships with music labels, artists, and other industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition in order to remain competitive

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in radio broadcasting or related field
- Proven track record of successful programming and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Familiarity with Indian culture and music preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid biometric passport
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills
